Righthaven LLC -- a bottom feeding legal outfit -- has teamed up with the Las Vegas Review-Journal and Denver Post to sue mom and pop websites, advocacy and public interest groups and forum board operators for copyright infringement. The strategy of Righthaven is to sue thousands of these website owners, who are primarily unfunded and will be forced to settle out of court.

  1. As Brian Hill's grandmother and also a friend of Ken Bingham, I can tell all of you that Ken is an excellent reporter, and is a fighter for Righthaven victims and freedom of speech. I for one am glad that Ken is writing articles for Righthaven victims. Welcome, Ken, we all (especially in Brian's family) appreciate everything you are doing for Brian and for all of Righthaven's victims. We also appreciate everything both of Brian's attorneys are doing for Brian as well as all of Righthaven's victims. David Kerr and other attorney are mentioned on Brian's Motion to dismiss. Ken and both of these attorneys are awesome!! Brian is awesome too!
