Righthaven LLC -- a bottom feeding legal outfit -- has teamed up with the Las Vegas Review-Journal and Denver Post to sue mom and pop websites, advocacy and public interest groups and forum board operators for copyright infringement. The strategy of Righthaven is to sue thousands of these website owners, who are primarily unfunded and will be forced to settle out of court.

Victims Take Action!

News Flash: If you are reading this because you have been sued, please see valuable new information (June 2011). Also see Dismissal Filings and related information from the EFF.

We encourage Righthaven victims to seek legal help right away. Always remember that the first discussion is FREE. Have a first discussion with 3-5 different lawyers to learn the framework of your case and the choices available to you. Please do not "do nothing," which forces a default judgment.
