Righthaven Amends Lawsuit Contract Again
Righthaven also filed five amended lawsuits today based on the revised Strategic Alliance Agreement. Cases include: Brien Smith, Chris Brown Web Network, Charles Coker, John Kirk and Bob Sieber.
On Friday, Righthaven responded to an order to show cause why 10 more lawsuits shouldn’t be dismissed for lack of standing. That order was issued last month by U.S. District Judge Larry Hicks in Reno and covered all 10 Righthaven cases he is presiding over.See: Related VEGAS INC article

This is simply rearranging the deck chairs. I think they are making things worse for themselves by insulting the judge's intelligence and trying to pull something over on them.
ReplyDeleteI doubt the judges will buy these changes that do not even come close to addressing the main problems with the SAA.
Putting a bow on a warthog does not make it less ugly.
