It looks like Righthaven may be preparing to cease operations. they cannot shut down completely though because they along with Stevens Media will be fighting lawsuits, counter-suits, class-action suits and possibly even criminal investigations for yeats to come.
ReplyDeleteAll this has been accomplished with virtual silence from the main stream press. Major press organizations are going to have some explaining to do why they kept hush hush on everything Righthaven after this is over.

I recall looking at the WHOIS info months ago, but not seeing anything unusual. There are some domain name tools that show registrant history, but I believe they are paid services. I'll see if I can find anything else out. He may have been reported for false WHOIS information then never responded to requests from ICANN. The timing of it all though is very suspect. We can't necessarily trust the message left on the web page by GoDaddy either. It could be a default message that represents multiple causes.
