Righthaven LLC -- a bottom feeding legal outfit -- has teamed up with the Las Vegas Review-Journal and Denver Post to sue mom and pop websites, advocacy and public interest groups and forum board operators for copyright infringement. The strategy of Righthaven is to sue thousands of these website owners, who are primarily unfunded and will be forced to settle out of court.

Settlement: Radio Talk Show Host Alex Jones Disses 'Common' Man

Alex Jones, who popularizes conspiracy theories (See: One World Government and Global Enslavement) and creates terror documentaries (See: 911 The Road to Tyranny and Terror Storm) has reached a confidential settlement with Righthaven. While Jones is unafraid to speak out against tyranny sponsored by the government and the elite, his recent actions demonstrate his unwillingness to concretely practice what he preaches. Back in July, Jones vowed to fight the Righthaven lawsuit, calling it "totally without merit" and saying it "appears to be purely predatory."

Now without the help of this nationally recognized figure, Righthaven victims should heed the words spoken by Jones, of which Jones didn't do a damn thing to help circumvent:

"THIS IS NOT GOING AWAY"

  1. “This claim is totally without merit and appears to be purely predatory and I’m weighing all options with counsel including a possible counterclaim, not just to protect myself from being squeezed but also the other sites that have been sued,” said Jones."

  2. I guess Jones doesn't qualify as a 'common man' since he's not included in your list. In relation to working capital and personnel, he's more common than a majority of them. So sorry if 'superman' didn't jump high enough, fast enough for you.

  3. Alex Jones proved he is nothing more than a huckster. No better than a phony televangelist. Sold out his freedom for no more than 5k.

  4. He picks his battles. For this reason he won't take a stand on illegal taxes. Not a coward, just smart.
